Product-specific coverage
Warranty duration and terms are shown on each product page where supplied. Coverage can differ between original supplies, compatible supplies and spare parts. Confirm the provider and applicable conditions before purchase.
Do not assume a consumable or spare part has the same coverage as a complete machine. Keep your invoice and any supplied warranty documentation.
Request support
Share the invoice reference, product model, machine model and a description of the issue. Include photographs or an error code where useful. The team will advise on inspection and the support options that apply to the product.
